Saturday 3rd

10.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m. Four Seasons Drop In.
Relax, chat, meet people. Tea/coffee and homemade cake will be offered, and from
12 noon a bowl of homemade soup and a roll. There will be activities for all ages to participate in, for those who wish.

Sunday 4th

4.00 p.m. Worship for All Souls’ Day  (for about 30 minutes)
An opportunity to prayerfully remember someone who has died. Refreshments are offered afterwards.

Saturday 10th

10.00 a.m. Cafe Church @ St Christopher’s
Come along for coffee and a chat about the topic of ‘Blessing’.

Sunday 11th

10.45 a.m. Service of Remembrance (for about 1 hour)
including two minutes silence. Join us on this centenary of the end of World War 1. There is the opportunity to place the name of someone we are remembering before the altar. We are joined by the Royal British Legion and our local uniformed organisations.
Refreshments from 10.15 a.m.
Please note, there will be no Sunday @ St Christopher’s on this day.

Saturday 17th

1.30 p.m. Christmas Bazaar
Stalls, gifts, raffle, tombolas, refreshments, meet Father Christmas.
Entrance 20p.

Saturday 24th

7.00 p.m. Film and Discussion Evening
We watch a film together and then discuss the issues raised over a cup of tea or coffee.
The film title is displayed in the foyer and by the main door. All welcome.

Saturday 1st

Sunday 2nd

6.30 p.m. Taize Worship for Advent (for about 30 minutes)
Quiet, reflective worship in the Taize style, followed by light refreshments.

Thursday 6th 

7 p.m. Simply Singers Christmas Evening
A Christmas Concert of light music by this ever-popular local choir, followed by refreshments. Free entry, retiring collection for Church funds.

Saturday 8th

8.30 a.m. Advent Prayer Breakfast

10 a.m. ‘Pause for Thought’
A morning of quiet reflection for Advent.

Sunday 16th

11 a.m. Carols and Nativity (for about 45 minutes)
An all-age Carol Service including a Nativity Play which all who wish are invited to join in. Why not come dressed as a Nativity character? There is also an opportunity for the families of those who have been Baptised during the year to move their Baptism ‘leaf’  from the Baptism Tree onto the Christmas Tree.
Refreshments available from 10.20 a.m.
Please note, this replaces Sunday @ St Christopher’s.

Monday 24th Christmas Eve

2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Christingle (for about 1 hour)
Christmas starts here! Enjoy Christmas carols and worship songs in an informal atmosphere, with a Christingle for each child to take home. Supporting the Children’s Society.

10 p.m. Christmas Communion (for about 1 hour)
A communion service with carols and a sermon.

11.45 Carols for Christmas (for about 45 minutes)
The party-goers Carol Service.

Tuesday 25th Christmas Day

8 a.m. Holy Communion (for about 30 minutes)
A quiet start to Christmas Day.

10 a.m. Christmas Communion with carols (for about 1 hour)
