Friday 1st

10.00 a.m. Communion for All Saints’ Day (for about 30 minutes)

Saturday 2nd

10.00 a.m. – 2 p.m. Four Seasons Drop In.
Relax, chat, meet people. Tea/coffee and homemade cake will be offered, and from
12 noon a bowl of homemade soup and a roll. There will be activities for all ages to participate in, for those who wish.

Sunday 3rd

4.00 p.m. Worship for All Souls’  (for about 30 minutes)
A quiet reflective service when we remember our loved-ones who have died.
Refreshments afterwards. If you would like someone remembered by name please let Duncan know in good time.

Saturday 9th

10. a.m. Cafe Church @ St Christopher’s, in the church hall.
Drop in for a coffee and a chat about ‘Responsibilities’.

Sunday 10th

10.45 a.m. Service of Remembrance (for about 1 hour)
We will be joined by the Royal British Legion and local Army Cadets. The service will include the Two Minutes Silence. Refreshments available from 10.15.

Saturday 16th

6.30 p.m. A Night at the Movies.
Enjoy a PG certificate film, refreshments available, free entry.
The title of the film will be displayed by the main door and in the foyer or contact Duncan.

Saturday 23rd

1.30 p.m. Christmas Bazaar
Meet Father Christmas, stalls, tombolas, raffle and refreshments.

Friday 29th

2.30 – 4.30 p.m. Scrabble Club
We play just for fun, beginners welcome. Enjoy a game of Scrabble, chat and a cup of tea.

Sunday 1st  Advent Sunday

6.30 p.m. Taize Worship for Advent, followed by light refreshments.
Quiet, reflective worship for about 30 minutes.

Thursday 5th

7.00 p.m. Simply Singers Christmas Evening.
A Christmas Concert followed by refreshments. Free entry with a retiring collection.

Saturday 7th

10.00 a.m. – 2 p.m. Four Seasons Drop In.

Saturday 14th

8.30 a.m. Advent Prayer Breakfast
in the Freeman Room.

10.00 a.m. ‘Pause for Thought’
Quiet reflection as we prepare for Christmas.

Sunday 15th

11.00 a.m. Carols and Nativity.
An informal Carol Service with a Nativity Play and an opportunity for all who wish to join in. Those families who have had a child Baptised during the year are invited to place their Baptism ‘leaf’ onto the Christmas Tree.
Why not come dressed as a Nativity Character?
Coffee and mince pies from 10.20.

Tuesday 24th Christmas Eve

2.00 p.m. & 4.00 p.m. Christingle
Christmas starts here! Joyful Christmas worship for all the family and a Christingle to take home. (For about 50 minutes)

10.0 p.m. Christmas Communion
A traditional ‘midnight mass’ with carols and a sermon. (For about 1 hour)

11.30 p.m. Carols for Christmas
The party-goers Carol Service. (for about 45 minutes)

Wednesday 25th Christmas Day

8.00 a.m. Holy Communion
A quiet Communion service. (For about 30 minutes)

9.30 a.m. Christmas Communion
A communion service with carols and a sermon. (For about 1 hour)
